Reading Dr. Joe Dispenza's books were a Game Changer for me (I highly recommend them all).

What you think about, dream about, talk about, listen to & watch on a daily basis, is what you will become.

Everyday, we are conditioning ourselves for our future. What you put into yourself, will determine whether your future will be good or bad, successful or not. Everyday, you have a choice on what you let condition you.

Do you watch the news?

Do you listen to normal pop music?

Do you scroll mindlessly on social media?

Do you hang around with people who have no goals, or small goals?

Do you talk to yourself negatively?

Are you not doing any forms of personal development?

Are you not meditating on a daily basis?

Are you not setting goals or visions, & you don't read them on a daily basis?

If you answered 'YES', to 2 or more of the above questions... You are seriously limited yourself, your success & your future.

Start doing one of these for immediate results...

1. Start listening to Personal Development on a daily basis. Maybe you choose to complete an audio book every week, listen to a Youtube Clip daily, listen to a Podcast daily or book into an Event to help you grow.

2. Change who you spend most of your time with. If you are spending most of your time with negative people, people who gossip, people who don't support your goals or dreams, people you can't share all of your goals with or be yourself with. Then something has to change about your circle of influence. Go to a like-minded networking event to meet new people, follow & message to connect with new people on Instagram, & limit or completely cut off your time with people who don't help you grow.

3. Write down exactly every little details about your dream day. From how & where you wake up, to what you do throughout the whole day until you go to bed. Get super clear on EVERY SINGLE DETAIL of your dream lifestyle! Clarity is power, the more clear you get, the higher chance you have of achieving it, because your mind now knows what to focus on.
